Non Material Amendment to the wording of planning conditions 21 & 27 of outline planning permission 14/03579/OUT dated 28 February 2017 to amend the trigger point for the completion of the roundabout access works (Condition 21) and the Campden Road Footway /Cycleway works (Condition 27) from prior to the occupation of any dwellings or buildings on the site to prior to the occupation of 80 dwellings and to adhere to the detailed works approved under discharge of condition application DISCN/00810/20 dated 12.10.2021 (in respect of condition 21) and DISCN/00830/20 dated 24.06.2022 in respect of condition 27).
