Works to Level 1 include demolition of internal partitions and installation of new to form new IT classroom. M&E infrastructure upgrades to suite new layout. Flooring and decoration. Works to Level 2 include demolition of internal blockwork partitions and installation of new partitions to form new studio spaces. M&E infrastructure upgrades to suite new layout. Flooring and decoration. Framework call off to 1st ranked contractor under NE5 Medium Works Framework Agreement EFM2049NE for schemes between £1m and £4.1m
